EW Process is very pleased to announce the recipients of our 3% giving back to the community campaign. Due to the large response, we selected 8 customer-nominated charities to receive donations in January. We hope our contribution will aid these charities in their endeavors. We were able to donate $1000 to the following charities: As One Ministries, Homes of Our Troops, Battered Women’s Shelter of Charlotte, Spartanburg Soup Kitchen, The Marnie Jude Foundation, Fort Mill Care Center, Education Equal Hope, and the Haven. Please remember that we will select charities each month in 2011. If you would like to nominate a charity, please visit our website at ewprocess.com.
We are seeing a nice increase in business so far this year and are hopeful that this will be sustained. It will be good for all of our business partners as well. Speaking of results, Michael Taylor is bringing them! He is our Salesman of the Month for February. This is the second month in a row we are recognizing him for this achievement. What a great start to the new year!
We are proud to announce our newest member of our team, Trent Barker. Trent joins us with years of engineering experience, and has hit the ground running. He is joining Keith Black and Gil Pipes in our Engineering Department. We are all very excited about this addition, and feel Trent will be a valuable asset with his wealth of knowledge and experience. |

| Febraury 2011 |
| |
We have gotten off to a fantastic start to 2011 with 111% performance against goal!
It was a tough month for Jeff McConaghy as he turned in his best monthly performance, only to be left in the dust of Michael Taylor. Michael resumed the lead as our January Salesman of the month. There is always February, and while Jeff is again at the top, there are rumblings of a furious finish between Brian Kulik and Michael Taylor.
Process Equipment made its first “3% for charity” donations. Due to the overwhelming response, we decided to make multiple donations. Look for the recipients in upcoming news. We are very excited to have initiated this program, and we look forward to helping those in need. We would also like to thank everyone for their suggestions!
Michael Taylor, Charlie Graham and Jeff McConaghy are attending Westech Engineering Training this month. We view the relationship with Westech as critical to handling the environmental issues that our customers face in returning clean water to the Earth.
Help is on the way! Look in the March News to be introduced to our newest Applications Engineer. We continue to expand our support staff to enable us to provide our business partners an ever increasing level of service. |

Don Bullard lapped the field and ended up In the winner’s circle as “Salesman of the Month.” Salesman of the year honors will be shared by Don Bullard and Michael Taylor. Michael produced the highest gross profit for the year, and Don had the best performance versus forecast. Process Equipment is very appreciative of the effort that both of these gentlemen have made to achieve these goals.
Overall, we would view the year positively and are in a great position for 2011. We are announcing and implementing the 3% for charity program. Process Equipment will give the first 3% of our gross profit to those in need in the communities we serve. There will be more information on this in the upcoming months.
We are very pleased to announce that we have been appointed the representative for both the Sunflo High Pressure Pumps and Blowers and the Sundyne API Pumps, Gas Process Compressors, and High Pressure Pumps for South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia. The addition of these products will allow us to continue to help resolve difficult process applications.
Charlie Graham is officially covering the Eastern Virginia region. Please join us in supporting Charlie in this new endeavor. WE wish him the very best and are very excited about what the future may hold.
Stay tuned for the next several months as some good things are scheduled to happen! |

| December 2010 |

For the most part, celebrating the holidays here at Process Equipment is a lot like Christmas at other small companies across our country. We spend time reflecting on our collective performances the past year and look ahead to improving our work in the upcoming year. We look forward to spending time with friends and family over Christmas and New Years, then return to work with a fresh set of books and appointments.
Jeff McConaghy is our Salesman of the Month for December. Jeff has taken the lead from Michael Taylor who held it two months in a row. Congratulations, Jeff! We will wait to see who will take the lead in the new year.
All of us here at Process Equipment would like to thank our customers for making this past year a success and look forward to providing solutions to your process issues next year. We hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season! |

| November 2010 |

Michael Taylor continues to lead the team for the second consecutive month. However, Brian Kulik the new kid on the block, challenged with a very strong second place showing. All in all, the company did well in October, though we continue to wait for several nice projects to break. Hopefully they will come to fruition in November and December to finish the year strong.
We are sad to say that Jack Foshay chose to leave the company in October. We will miss him, but wish him all the best in his next endeavor. At the same time we are very happy to announce that Charlie Graham has accepted the position to cover the Richmond/Tidewater area for EWProcess. We could not have asked for a better solution to a difficult challenge. We have a fully trained, extremely competent, eager young guy who understands what we are trying to do in every region, taking over the territory. We are very confident of Charlie’s success and look forward to watching the development of our company in Virginia.
We are finalizing the 2011 planning and hope to announce some minor changes in territories to enhance market penetration by the end of November, effective with the new year. |

The leaves might be falling, but business at Process Equipment has been picking up! This is a nice recovery after a slow August. We would like to thank the customers and vendors who were able to join our “Hooray for Thursday” gathering a few weeks ago! It is very enjoyable to meet the people you work with outside of the office for some down time. Process Equipment would also like to wish John Hodge a safe trip when he attends the Association of Water Technology Conference in Reno this month.
As it gets colder outside, it makes this time of year perfect for brainstorming. We are starting the planning and budgeting for 2011. We will be working diligently to get all the details ready and approved before the Thanksgiving Holiday. We are currently operating at 91.12% of our forecast , and will continue to look for areas where we can improve this!
Speaking of improvement, Michael Taylor resumed the lead as Salesman of the Month for September! Jeff McConaghy and Brian Davis certainly made him earn it, trailing closely on his heels. We will see if one of them can take the lead before Halloween. Or will one of our other salesman make a ghoulish appearance? |

| September 2010 |
| |
Thank goodness the summer of recovery is over and now we can get back to work and start booking orders! While August was a pretty tough month, we managed to exceed our minimum targets. As the saying goes, "where there's a will, there's a way." We hope not only to meet, but to exceed our goals in the months to come.
Our inside team is settling in very nicely, and it was very much due to their efforts that we were able to perform at the end of the month as well we did. A special thanks to Charlie Graham for providing some leadership in the area of quotation follow-up. Thank you for all of your hard work!
The salesperson of the month was Brian Davis. Brian has absolutely come alive the past three months and has projected a strong September to follow! William Walker deserves kudos as well. He came in a very close second place for the month. September and October appear to be shaping up to be very strong months. It will be interesting to see if Jeff McConaghy, Michael Taylor, William Walker, or a dark horse is able to take the prize for September! |

We are proud to report that June was our best month of 2010 to date. We will continue to work as a team and to challenge our individual and organizational goals.
We also have some exciting changes to announce regarding our team structures. Gil Pipes has decided to join the inside Applications Engineering team. Gil brings a broad range of experience as a Chemical Engineer in the Chemical process industry as well his outside sales experience. While we will miss his outside performance we surely appreciate the impact he should have on our inside support. With this addition we now have the complete compliment of people to begin our “Path to Excellence” customer service initiative by having three Customer Service Representatives and three Application Engineers.
Brian Kulik has joined our outside sales staff covering the Columbia/Charleston territory. Brian is a veteran of the US Navy where he served as a specialist in Water Chemistry for nuclear reactors and most recently held the position of Regional Sales Manager for PEP Filters, Inc. where he managed the best performing territory. | February 2010 |

February 1, 2010 marks the first Anniversary of EWProcess. The first year has been quite successful in spite of the hurdles of a very weak economy. We finished the year at 101.27% of our targets for 2009. We successfully integrated Emory Wilson and Process Equipment together to form a first tier supplier of liquid process equipment in the Carolinas and Virginia. We have consolidated our operations in Fort Mill, SC.
Will McKnight has assumed the role of Process Product Specialist and John Hodge has assumed the role of Instrumentation Product Specialist. These roles were created to provide the focus required by all of our sales people to become trained and proficient on our key product offerings. Will and John have a heavy travel schedule with our outside sales group assisting in applications in the field. We also want both our principals and customers to see the breadth of knowledge that we have amassed within our group.
Some minor territory changes have been made effective February 1, 2010. The most significant change is an emphasis in Virginia. We have segregated the territory and are asking the people working in Virginia to focus on that geography exclusively. Lee Wilson will be covering the western portion of the state and Jack Foshay will be covering the I-95 corridor and the tidewater region. They will be supported inside by Gerry Butler. Please look out for the territory map. |
